Brewmaster’s Notes
One of the most challenging beers we have ever brewed. Very subtle and complex with a thousand small flavours held in a very delicate balance. We made this beer using traditional beer ingredients, but it was designed to appeal to Chardonnay wine makers and drinkers and it does!
Tasting Notes: Light apple and pear aromas on the nose with a crisp dry palate and subtle vanilla oak notes and a dry finish without any husky tannin or hop bitterness.
Appearance: Cloudy and very pale straw with a white head
Aroma: Tree fruit esters and light oaky tones
Body: Low
Serving Suggestions: Chevre and goat’s milk cheese, soft ripened cow’s milk cheese, light pasta dishes, light salads
