We are looking for a Brewer to join our team in North Toronto.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- CIP and sterilization of tanks
- Yeast collection & handling
- Beer filtration and centrifugation
- Brew house operation
- General housekeeping and sanitation
Qualifications:
- University or College Degree in Science
- Formal brewing education is an asset
- Brewing experience is preferred
- Food and/or Beverage production experience is an asset
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends
- Forklift certification is an asset

Electrician

We are looking for an Electrician to join our team at our North Toronto location.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on industrial equipment in a production environment.
- Troubleshoot PLC controls & instrumentation on a wide variety of industrial applications.
- Work as part of a team to troubleshoot and repair equipment, including disassembling and reassembling electrical equipment/machinery.
- Maintain a preventative maintenance program for plant equipment.
- Perform work in a manner consistent with plant safety, housekeeping standards, and quality checks.
- Be part of an effective work planning process that utilizes work orders, planners, and parts staging.
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Red Seal Industrial Electrician license
- Instrumentation & PLC programming experience is required
- Proven mechanical and troubleshooting skills; prefer 3 or more years’ experience with PLC Controls of various Rockwell Automation Platforms
- Willing and able to work rotating shifts (days, afternoons and midnights), overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Outstanding work ethic with exceptional discipline, attendance, and safety record
- Willingness to take initiative and ability to work independently with limited supervision
- High energy and initiative, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer familiarity and capable of adapting to new computer programs

Packaging Supervisor

We are looking for a Packaging Supervisor to join our team at our North Toronto location.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure employees are performing all work in accordance with company Safety and Quality standards
- Supervise packaging lines and employees to ensure efficient and full completion of production schedule
- Coordinate and run Daily Shift Start-Up Meetings
- Ensure accuracy and post daily production on each required platform
- Working knowledge of manufacturing process, procedures and equipment operation
- Troubleshoot line issues alongside Maintenance and Operators
- Manage temporary labour requirements
- Train, direct and coach employees in their various jobs, in a way which will promote safety, quality, and productivity
- Authorize Dayforce Hours for Packaging Team
- Coordinate completion of Master Cleaning Schedule (daily, weekly, monthly etc.)
- Monitor some packaging material inventory levels and order more as needed
Job Qualifications:
- University or College Degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year related experience
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of HACCP and GMPs
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Computer proficiency and aptitude (Outlook and Excel a must, SAP is an asset)
- Ability to Work rotating shifts (Morning and Afternoon)

Territory Manager - GTA West Region
We are looking for a Territory Manager to join our sales team in the GTA West region.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver territory volume, share, distribution, and margin contribution targets by total territory, sales channel and brand within a specific geography through leveraging commercial resources (brands, programs, systems etc.)
- Ownership of annual territory planning, individual customer planning, promotional evaluation and customer sell-back, competitive intelligence gathering and opportunity identification (with Regional Sales Manager approval)
- Territory spend and budget management
- Plan and execute consumer programming and sales standards across all channels (Retail, On-Premise, Community)
- Apply excellent sales skills to drive results in key customers and consumer groups in all sales channels.
- Build strong business relationships with key customers and consumer groups
- Identify and leverage business opportunities (i.e. new customers)
- Ensure execution excellence of National and customized programming
- Execution of call cycle as per service level requirements and administrative duties (routine management)
Job Qualifications:
- University Degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year outside sales experience in a B2B role
- Previous experience in CPG and/or beverage alcohol an asset
- Superior sales skills in probing, matching solutions, negotiating and closing
- Strong impact and influential abilities
- Excellent relationship building and follow-up skills
