Cobblestone Stout

Brewmaster’s Notes

The beer that I drink the most of! This is such a great example of a simple recipe executed very well. The smoky roasted barley tones combined with the clean bitterness of American hops to make this a truly classic pub pint. Nitrogen charging is something that Mill Street has taken a craft industry lead in, and the design of the beers made this way has a subtle elegance that has won them many fans.

We produce a traditional Irish-style stout that is served using nitrogen to produce that familiar creamy pour. We use a mix of flaked wheat and roasted barley to create the beer’s classic creamy, dark character. Select imported nugget bittering hops are used to dry out the finish of this ale.
