Pilsner

Brewmaster’s Notes

I really like this beer and drink it whenever I can! It has a truly outstanding balance and thirst quenching bitterness. The malt and hops are very soft and perfumey and the bitterness builds from the beginning of the pint through to the finish of the pint the way that it should–it is sneaky and will leave you wanting another one!

Our continental lager has a deep golden hue, a giant rocky white head with a malty sweet nose. The first taste is sweet but leads quickly to a dry hoppy bitter finish. In the Bohemian style, Mill Street Pilsner finishes dry and is an excellent accompaniment to food or as a thirst quencher on its own.

Tasting Notes: Very well balanced aroma with noble European hops and light kiln malt sweetness. Malty palate with dry lingering hop finish.
