One of the more ecclectic beers that we make, this beer was made for the opening of the Beer Hall in the Distillery District in April of 2013. We imported Waldmeister syrup from German to add a schuss of this green syrup to sweeten it up just like they do in Berlin. Very refreshing summer patio beer that will come back each summer at the Toronto pub.
Tasting Notes: Very light yeasty nose with very soft cereal grain palate with underlying sourness that makes the beer finish very hard and dry.
