Mill Street Brewer Kaitlin Vandenbosh has proudly brought whisky distilling back to the Historic Distillery District for the first time since 1957. Made of brewer’s barley malt and rye malt, this whisky was made with love and care and put down to age in former bourbon barrels.

A single barrel release of our copper pot distilled malt whisky. Aged patiently for 3 years in Bourbon Barrels and made with Pale, Victory and Rye Malts for a premium and complex flavour. Notes of apple, cherry and caramel on the nose. The first taste is warming, and brings out nutmeg and cinnamon. Mid palate of creamy caramels, fruit, and vanilla. Kindles memories of crème brulee.
