Mill Street’s Kaitlin Vandenbosh has proudly brought whisky distilling back to the Historic Distillery District for the first time since 1957. Made of brewer’s barley malt and rye malt, our second single-barrel whisky was made with love and care and put down to age in former bourbon barrels.
Tasting Notes: Chocolate, caramel, toffee, Spicy (clove), Oak, Dried apricot, Coffee, Butter cookies, Rye
