BEDROCK BROWN ALE
Our Ottawa brewpub sits on the bank of the Ottawa River where the Chaudiere Rapids have carved the river out to the limestone bedrock that has become the foundation of the Thompson-Perkins Mill that is our home. The first General Manager of the grist mill that was named Wilkinson which is my mother’s maiden name from the Northeast of England. Brown Ales are a classic style from that part of England and we thought brewing a brown ale would be a fitting tribute to the history of the old mill that we love so much!
