Job Responsibilities
  • To ensure timely and safe delivery of shipments between Mill Street sites to customers across Ontario.
Equipment:
  • New equipment – nothing older than 5 years
  • 28’ Straight Trucks
  • 53’ Tandem Axle trailers
Additional Details:
  • Uniforms provided
  • Hand-bombing may be required

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • Education:
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 2 years accident free AZ licensed driving experience.
    • Must provide recent CVOR and clean drivers abstract.
  • Competencies:
    • Able to operate 53-foot trailers.
    • Capable of operating manual transmission and capable of maintain legal driver’s log.
    • Familiar with Ontario geography.
    • Experience with heavy haul applications and material handling equipment and excellent customer service skills.

Territory Manager - Kingston

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver territory volume, share, distribution, and margin contribution targets by total territory, sales channel and brand within a specific geography through leveraging commercial resources (brands, programs, systems etc.)
  • Ownership of annual territory planning, individual customer planning, promotional evaluation and customer sell-back, competitive intelligence gathering and opportunity identification (with Regional Sales Manager approval)
  • Territory spend and budget management
  • Plan and execute consumer programming and sales standards across all channels (Retail, On-Premise, Community)
  • Apply excellent sales skills to drive results in key customers and consumer groups in all sales channels.
  • Build strong business relationships with key customers and consumer groups
  • Identify and leverage business opportunities (i.e. new customers)
  • To ensure execution excellence of National and customized programming
  • Execution of call cycle as per service level requirements and administrative duties (routine management)

Qualifications and Competencies:

  • University Degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in field sales or packaged goods an asset
  • Superior sales skills in probing, matching solutions, negotiating and closing.
  • Strong impact and influential abilities
  • Excellent relationship building and follow-up skills
  • Budget management experience, analytical skills, strong business acumen
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Computer proficiency and aptitude, specifically with Excel and Powerpoint
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license

Junior Graphic Designer

What you will do:

  • Join Mill Street’s in-house creative team, working with our creative and marketing leaders to imagine, create and deliver breakthrough advertising for Mill Street Brewery and Brickworks Ciderhouse
  • Participate in strategy and delivery of our national advertising campaigns.
  • Craft regular photo, video and written content for our national social media channels.
  • Create OOH materials to support our national sales team at retail and at licensee accounts.
  • Contribute creative solutions in a deadline-driven, goal-oriented, multi-functional environment.
  • Collaborate with our partners (Facebook, Google, etc) to test and publish new and innovative digital media content based on the latest best practices.
  • Adhere to project deadlines, ensuring all content is accurate, timely, relevant, compelling, and appropriate for the intended audience.

Must haves:

  • A creators mindset and innate drive to invent, create and experiment with digital content
  • Expert-level design capabilities with a solid sense of typography, colour and balance
  • High competence developing and creating digital content including photo, video and copywriting. First hand photography and basic video production experience strongly preferred.
  • High competence using Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint)
  • Experience with a wide variety of image, audio, and video file formats and production software
  • Understanding of design principles and the application of brand guidelines
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to think quickly and creatively to accommodate a dynamic business environment– must thrive on pace
  • Detail oriented with superior communication, organization and time management skills
