For our 2017 release of Illuminari, I focused on elevating the brightness of this festive beer! Elderflower is a flavor that takes me back to my time in England, where sparkling elderflower cordials are a garden party staple. Elderflower flavour adds brightness without adding weight, and the high carbonation of the beer helps to release the flower’s captivating honeysuckle aroma. This is a celebration beer designed for the holiday season but tastes just as nice when shared with friends anytime.
Tasting Notes:Light elderflower/yeasty aroma with creamy and expanding mouthfeel followed by drying finish with estery yeast notes and more elderflower on the finish.
